WOR Event OROR estate 16th Dec 2007

Well what a day! Driving to Corwen on Sunday morning after a stop over the night b4 in Bangor. I really did try and convince myself that the frost wouldn't really make much difference! Unfortunately I was wrong! Sat on the start line and heard Steve Ireland shouting down his tanoy " Its really slippery out there and dangerous, 2 broken collar bones yesterday", ok by now I thought I'll need a new pair of pants in a minute! Well flag went down on the experts, 50 mts to the first corner and guess what 3 of the 10 experts landed on their arse! Anyway off i went and after two hrs of slipping, cursing and @uck that was a close one, I crossed the finish line, not sure of my place but think I was quicker than Miss Daisy! Next time I'm getting spikes!, I'll post a pic or 2 when they turn up!

Anyway no broken bones and I did enjoy it!
